Regardless of your fitness goals, we're here to help. Each programming option is available for any fitness level -- beginner or advanced -- and is adjusted in accordance with client preference.

Remote Programming

A personalized program tailored to your individual goals and needs, complete with a meal plan, shopping list and bi-weekly check-in calls.

Participants will have 1-1 access with Fran via text and monthly accountability forms to complete.

In-Person 1:1 Coaching

Weekly training sessions together with Fran in New York (Bryant Park, Upper East Side, or Astoria).

Form and load management will be carefully assessed, and physically assessments and intake forms will be completed.

Minimum 2x per week commitment.

Virtual Coaching

Remote Coaching Sessions via FaceTime or Zoom.

Equipment must be provided by the client.
