FAQ/Terms and Conditions

  • How do I know which program is best for me?
    If you are a beginner or new to fitness, you may want to consider virtual or in-person sessions to find your strength, establish a baseline and become autonomous in your training. You will likely need to provide full details on a Zoom conference call so we can agree on the best fit for your needs. If you're an intermediate or veteran fitness junkie who needs a new look at programming or an extra push along with your current routine, consider the remote programming option to enjoy more flexibility and familiarize yourself with my app.
  • Is it okay to start with body weight or very slowly?
    It is completely okay to start this way. Everyone's fitness journey is different, and I don't mandate the starting point of the workout plan be at any fixed point. I will, however, make sure you're always increasing weight and getting stronger, so don't expect to stay there for too long!
  • How quickly can I expect to see results?
    Everyone is different, but people with less of a routine who are starting from square one will generally see results quicker than those who are already invested in a fitness routine. However, rigorous adherence to the program and consistency can guarantee some very quick progress if clients train frequently. Those who manage all aspects of fitness -- training, nutrition, recovery and non-exercise activity -- will dramatically expedite their progress!
  • Why should I trust you with my health?
    I've worked with hundreds of clients with various goals to help them achieve remarkable outcomes. While I'm just one person, please text or e-mail me (or DM me on a social channel) to ask for a personal reference from a current client of mine who can attest to the efficacy of my training style.

Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Policy:​

If a private client does not show up or cancels within 24 hours before a training session, a prepaid session will be removed from his/her purchased package. The missed session may also be rescheduled to be completed within the same week of the cancellation to avoid a docked session. If Fran Kilinski misses a training session or has to cancel within 24 hours, the session will be rescheduled following the same protocol. 

Service Description:

TRAINING: A Zoom consultation must be completed before any training plan is purchased. If a client invests in a package immediately after that call, a 10% discount will be applied to their package. 

 

Consultation is comprised of the following:
-Baseline Movement Screening to identify imbalances and limitations and to assess current fitness.
-A 30-45 minute discussion reviewing the client’s exercise history, current fitness based on the assessments above, and specific goals the client would like to achieve. Fran will provide the best options based on the client's needs.

PACKAGE DETAILS

Depending on the training package purchased, programs will be built out upon completion of the consultation and payment. All programs are designed based on leading research in Exercise Physiology.

PLEASE REFRAIN from micromanaging workout selections. Unless specific injuries or rehab protocols dictate exercise limitations, your program will be designed as Fran sees fit. 

10 in-person training sessions: $1500 (or $1350 upon immediate investment)

20 in-person training sessions: $2850 (or $2650 upon immediate investment)

10 virtual sessions: $1000 (or $900 upon immediate investment)

Monthly Programming: $350/500 per month (or $1000/$1350 for three months upfront)
